We have just returned from a 3 business day trip to meet suppliers and source suitable items in Foshan in Guangdong Province. We are importing building products into Australia and needed to meet with various suppliers for the first time. Amayda was very helpful in setting up the appointments, organising an itinerary of visits and she also located a competent driver and car. She was invaluable during the meetings, and even introduced us to the Chinese suppliers to save us repeating it at each meeting. She also located potential suppliers for other products that were of interest. She was very conscious that “time is money” in business, and she offered many suggestions to streamline the day and smooth the meetings progress. We could not have done as much or as easily without her. She also helped us when shopping in some spare time that we had on one of the days. Ms Qian has been my personal assistant for 18 months working in two main areas. Ying zhang

Myself and my young family travelled through China on business in May and were very fortunate to have Ying accompany us on the trip. She attended business meetings helping to translate and communicate my needs to the factories and was very professional. She was also brilliant with choosing suitable food at restaurants (I am a vegetarian) and it enabled us to try some amazing food we othewise may not have got the opportunity to try. Ying was very accomodating with our unfortunately highly unorganised schedule, some accommodation and transport bookings were only made the day before travel and she even helped us with the bookings when we were unsure. She was also brilliant with our young children (4 and 2), teaching them chinese words and helping us entertain them during our travels, they had a wonderful time and still talk about her.
